Returns and Refunds
OAShop is devoted to the complete satisfaction of our clients. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have seven days from the day it was received to return the product for a full refund or exchange.
The product must be returned in its original package with all its parts and accessories.
Perfumes are not refundable if they have been opened and used.
Intimate apparel is not refundable.
Clothing must include all tags and must have not been previously worn in order to be refunded.
Used products are sold without guarantee and are exactly as shown in the photographs.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted as these products have been tested to be functioning properly before being sold.
Hassle-Free Returns
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
